Approximately 60% of these assets are located in key high-growth street corridors within major gateway cities, generating outsized growth complemented by stable suburban and urban properties. Our scale allows us to capture long-term synergies that support sustainable growth.

Through our Investment Management platform, we execute a disciplined ‘buy, fix, and sell’ strategy, making opportunistic and value-add investments in assets and markets where we can drive significant upside.
